A gorgeous blue topaz cabochon (14mm diameter) set into a 9ct gold bezel atop a carved sterling silver tiered base. The lower tier is decorated with rustic flattened nuggets of silver, half of which are set with bright orange (marmalade) 2.5mm diameter sapphires.

The pendant measures 28mm in diameter and hangs on an extendable sterling silver chain. 46cm - 45cm.
